Puffy Paint - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. salt
1 c. flour
1 to 2 Tbsp. powdered tempera paint

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Put in old mustard, catsup or glue bottles with a needle nose.
Squeeze paint out on heavy paper for a puffy design.
