Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    broccoli, cut up small
    1 c. water
    3 stalks celery
    1 onion, chopped
    5 Tbsp. oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. cream or milk
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Steam broccoli and water for 5 minutes.
    Saute until tender, celery and onions in oleo.
    Add flour to celery and onions. Dissolve chicken cubes in 3/4 cup boiling water.
    Slowly add to flour and celery mixture; blend well.
    Slowly add milk or cream; mix well.
    Add broccoli and mushrooms.
    Cook a little more on low heat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Very good.
