Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
rind of 1 whole lemon
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Beat with a fork.
Fill shell while hot and bake again for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut while warm.
