"Blender" Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender.
    Mix 1 minute at low speed. Pour into greased 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Chill or freeze.
    Serves 8.
