Heavenly Hot Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sour cream
raspberry syrup

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt together.
Mix beaten eggs with sour cream until combined.
Add to flour mixture.
Blend until slightly lumpy.
Makes 30 sliver dollar pancakes.
Serve with raspberry syrup.
So light you may want to double the recipe!
