White Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (15 oz.) cans white Northern beans, undrained
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn
    8 oz. undrained, chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. crushed tortilla chips (optional)
    1 1/2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine water, lemon pepper and cumin seed.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add chicken and reduce heat to low and simmer 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is fork-tender.
