Sweet And Sour Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli
    8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch strips
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    1 Tbsp. dark or light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Trim the leaves and coarse stem ends from the broccoli and cut the stems and florets into bite size pieces.
    Bring about 1-inch of lightly salted water to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan.
    Add the broccoli and cook, covered, for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
