Double Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz. or 3/4 c.) can cream of coconut
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Filling:
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Stir in milk and cream of coconut.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Cook 2 more minutes.
    Gradually stir in about 1 cup milk mixture into egg mixture.
    Stir constantly.
    Return to saucepan.
    Cook and stir until bubbly and cook 2 more minutes.
    Remove from heat. Stir in butter, coconut and vanilla.
