Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed carrots
    1 stick melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix carrots and melted margarine in a medium size bowl; set aside.
    Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon.
    Add to carrot mixture.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish (1 1/2-quart).
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 45 minutes.
