Garden Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. zucchini
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Preparation

In a lightly greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish, layer vegetables. Sprinkle cheese and pepper over vegetables.
Combine milk, Bisquick and eggs.
Beat until smooth and pour over vegetables.
Bake for 30 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
