Polish Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Polish or smoke sausage
8 potatoes
1/2 lb. carrots
1/2 stalk celery
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can butter beans
1 can green beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can chopped okra
Preparation

Dice all vegetables and then add the canned ingredients.
Cook approximately 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until potatoes are done.
Soup can be thickened by adding 1/2 cup flour and water stirred in while cooking.
