Tender Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    barbecue sauce (any brand)
    4 to 6 lb. ribs, cut into single ribs and washed
    plenty of water (to cover ribs)
    a heaping amount of vinegar (about 3/4 of bottle)
Preparation
    Place sectioned ribs in a very large pot or boiler and cover ribs with water.
    Add vinegar.
    Bake ribs on high (400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours; turn ribs every 30 minutes.
    When water has boiled down to 1 to 2 cups, pour 3/4 of bottle of barbecue sauce over ribs.
    Bake another 1/2 hour.
    Turn ribs every 10 minutes.
    Take out and serve.
