Mini White Castles(Yield: 60) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm plain party rolls (20 count pkg.)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (2 envelopes more flavor)
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pack into a flat cookie sheet, prick entire surface with a fork.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and bake for 10 minutes.
    Cool and cut into 60 squares.
    Fit onto buns and put on a dill pickle slice on
    each one and replace top of bun.
    Place back in containers.
    Sprinkle with water and cover with foil. Store in refrigerator until ready, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Can also be frozen.
