Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut into chunks
 
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
garlic to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients in Pyrex dish.
 
Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until top is golden.
Serve with crackers or as a side dish.
