Deer Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison, cut in bite size pieces
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. fat-free dry gravy mix
    8 oz. fat-free sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. flat noodles
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour and garlic mixture.
    Saute in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Set aside.
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Mix gravy according to package directions; mix with meat, mushrooms and sour cream on low until hot.
