Tennessee Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 large eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Add butter and cream well. Add eggs and beat, then add evaporated milk and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Pie will be slightly less than firm but will set as it cools. Cool completely before cutting.
