Italian Hazelnut Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. brandy, rum or sherry
    1 1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and honey.
    Add wine and blend well.
    Add nuts and flour.
    Knead dough until smooth.
    Pinch off pieces of dough the size of a walnut and roll into balls.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and roll in confectioners sugar while still hot.
    Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
