Chicken Breast Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts (4 halves)
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. rosemary
Preparation

In skillet, saute almonds in melted margarine until golden brown (5 minutes).
Remove almonds from margarine and set aside. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dust chicken with mixture and shake off excess.
Stir rosemary into margarine left in skillet. Over medium heat, brown chicken on both sides.
Stir in wine and cover.
Cover over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove chicken to platter and sprinkle with almonds.
