Corn Casserole Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans cream style corn
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.
    Mix in corn, rice, pimento and sugar.
    Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
