Jo Ann'S Cheese Pie With Self Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese until light and creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until thick, smooth and lemon colored.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan (greased 1/2 inch short of top).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
