Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches carrots
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    hot water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash carrots and cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips. Place in saucepan. Add salt and hot water to cover carrots. Cook until tender; drain and add butter, vinegar and sugar. Cook slowly until transparent. Serve hot. Garnish with chopped parsley.
