Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 (10 1/2-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup toasted almonds or water chestnuts
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 small jar pimento, diced and drained
    Crushed potato chips or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chips in a large bowl; mix well. Pour into a buttered dish, cover with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
