Microwave Glazed Carrot Coins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can carrots
1 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice

Preparation

Add all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl.
Heat on High 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave.
Stir and serve.
Serves 4.
