Curried Liver And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. calves liver, sliced 1/2 inch thick
4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 1/2 c. onions, sliced in rings
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
chopped parsley (optional)

Tip:
The liver will cut into strips easier if you plate the slices on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet and put in freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
