Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Drain artichoke hearts and coarsely chop. Drain pimento and reserve 2 teaspoons.
