Old Time Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and oleo. Add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Mix lightly.
    Set aside 5 minutes to tighten.
    Drop into hot broth by dipping tablespoon into broth each time before dipping into dough.
    Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, then cover and cook 10 minutes more or until well done.
