Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained well
    1 small onion, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut top off cherry tomatoes.
    Remove pulp.
    Turn up side down on paper towel.
    Let drain.
    Stuff tomatoes with spinach mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Yields approximately 24 cherry tomatoes.
