Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put half of the bread and half of the cheese in a greased 9 x 13 greased dish. Add sausage that has been browned and drained well. Add rest of bread and cheese. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered with foil. Brown without foil if necessary. Serve hot.
