Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, cut into chunks
    butter
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (2 1/3 to 3 lb.) cut up chicken
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add spices and stewed tomatoes.
    Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
    Add brown sugar and simmer 15 more minutes.
    Place chicken in casserole.
    Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
    Serve over hot rice.
