Oatmeal-Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. butter (melted)
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded carrots
    rind of 1 orange, grated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine wet ingredients with sugar.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add together.
    Use lined muffin pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes.
