Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated sweet potato
3 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
1 large can Pet milk
salt to taste
1/2 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set in middle.
