Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. crushed celery seed
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
shredded cabbage
red onion slices
chopped green pepper
Preparation

In saucepan, combine oil, sugar and vinegar.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add celery seed, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cool and store in jar.
Shake well and add to remaining ingredients to serve.
