Tuna Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 medium onion
    1 can diced pimento
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 (7 oz.) cans white tuna
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break spaghetti into pieces and cook following package directions.
    Drain; mix soup, 1/4 of liquid from mushrooms, drained mushrooms, chopped onion, pimento, green pepper and 1 1/4 cups of the cheese.
    Add spaghetti, tuna (broken into chunks) and sherry; toss lightly until mixed.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Put into casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
