Saucy Pizza Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 uncooked lasagne noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans prepared pizza sauce
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 c.)
    2.5 oz. jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook lasagne noodles to desired doneness as directed on package.
    Drain; rinse with cold water.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain.
    Stir in 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce, 1/2 cup of the cheese, mushrooms and egg. Spread each lasagne noodle with a generous 1/3 cup meat mixture; carefully roll up and place seam side down in ungreased 8-inch (2-quart) square baking dish.
    Pour remaining pizza sauce over rolls.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
