Country Herb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. chopped fresh herbs (basil, oregano, dill and thyme)
    1 c. milk
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until foamy, 5 to 10 minutes.
    In small saucepan, heat the herbs with the milk until lukewarm.
