Ingredients

1 gal. skinned tomatoes
4 Tbsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. vinegar
sugar to taste (optional)
Preparation

Simmer for 3 to 4 hours in a large kettle.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars and cover to seal.
