No-Stir, Lo-Cal Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large can tomatoes
    6 oz. or more fine no-yolk noodles
    lo-cal white cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute ground turkey in skillet.
    I add water because turkey meat is very dry.
    Add tomatoes (save small amount for over top of noodles).
    Add noodles and then rest of tomatoes over top.
    (Do not stir.)
    Cover; simmer until noodles are soft, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Make sure it does not get dry.
    (Add water.)
    When noodles are cooked; add slices of cheese over top.
    Cover until cheese melts and serve from skillet.
    An easy, quick meal. Go-o-o-o-d.
