Low Calorie Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut up
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water
1 envelope gravy mix
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. dairy buttermilk
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil. Pour over excess oil.
Add water, contents of gravy mix and paprika. Cover and simmer 40 to 50 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and stir in buttermilk. Heat, but do not boil.
