Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. nut meats
1/2 lb. dates
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine in a bowl Rice Krispies and nut meats.
In a pan cut dates and add sugar, egg and oleo.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Pour over Rice Krispies and mix all together.
Butter hands and roll in rolls or balls, then roll in coconut.
