Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    small pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread stuffing
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    small can mushroom bits
    parsley, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken; pick off bones and cut to bite-size pieces. Melt margarine in 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Mix in stuffing to moisten.
    In a bowl blend soup, sour cream, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper; add chicken.
    Spread mixture over the layer of stuffing.
    Top with Ritz crackers which have been finely crumbled. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
