Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin chops, cut 1-inch thick (about 1 3/4 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Place onions in skillet and cook until soft.
    Add water, vinegar, sugar, salt, chili sauce, mustard and Tabasco sauce; mix well.
    Pour sauce over chops and bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven, about 1 hour. Yields 4 servings.
