Three Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads bibb lettuce (about 1/4 lb.)
    1 head Boston lettuce (about 1/2 lb.)
    1 head red leaf lettuce (about 1/4 lb.)
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim and core lettuce.
    Pull leaves apart; rinse well.
    Pat dry.
