Mamaws Fried Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 small yellow squash, peeled and sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced fine
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Saute squash, onions, celery and garlic in butter until soft. Add cheese and bread crumbs with seasonings and cook slowly until slightly brown.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
