Creamy Herb Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Kraft nonfat mayonnaise dressing
    1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. rotini, cooked and drained
    1 c. broccoli flowerets, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. each red and green pepper strips
    1 medium carrot, cut in slices
Preparation
    Mix the first five ingredients until blended.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Toss lightly and chill.
    Nice served on lettuce.
