Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Saute garlic in margarine. Add shrimp, oregano and salt.
    Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
    Stir in wine and serve.
    Makes 4 servings at about 200 calories.
