Ingredients

4 bunches chopped green onions
4 large onions, chopped
1 c. olive oil
1 c. Mazola oil
1 c. Carolina rice
1 small bunch parsley, chopped
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
1 c. fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 lemons, juiced
1 lb. jar grape leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Can use dried seasonings.
Can add 1/2 to 1 pound of cooked ground lamb or beef.
