Florida Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. fine seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 c. milk
    chopped onion
    flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and \"pat out\" in large pan 3/4-inch thick. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Cut into squares. Dip in flour and brown in Crisco; season to taste.
    Put in roaster and make a gravy by combining drippings, soup and 1 can water.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
