Touch Of Hawaii Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can solid pack white tuna
    1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained and chilled
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 ripe papayas or lettuce cups
    chopped parsley
    cherry tomatoes and ripe olives
Preparation
    Drain tuna but leave in medium size chunks. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Toss lightly with pineapple, green pepper, celery and mayonnaise.
    Pile in 1/2 papaya or in lettuce cups. Sprinkle lightly with parsley. Serve on plate with tomatoes, ripe olives and heated French roll.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
