Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    4 c. hot milk
    2 beaten eggs
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add bread crumbs to hot milk.
    Cool.
    Add other ingredients, then pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Half cup raisins may be added.
    Serve with nutmeg sauce or ice cream on top.
