Beef Tips 'N Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef stew chunks
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 pkg. Saucer's brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Cook
    beef
    stew until tender.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Drain mushrooms and place on top of beef.
    Place onions and
    pepper
    on top.
    Prepare gravy mix as directed on package. Pour
    over
    beef and vegetables.
    Cover with plastic wrap
    and microwave
    for
    4
    to 5 minutes or until pepper and onions are tender.
